Jacques Bermon Webster I, born on April 30th, 1990 also called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is a popular American rapper and singer. His stage name is that of his beloved uncle, and also the initial name of Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing contract with GOOD Music with Kanye West. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. His Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. His debut studio album, Rodeo (2015), was accompanied by the smash single "Antidote". His follow-up album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first album to reach the top spot on the Billboard 200. Scott released his second album in conjunction with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. Scott also recorded his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It was a top hit on the Billboard 200. Scott's single "Franchise" with Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, was released. Scott was the first artist on The Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within a year.
